Capacity Issues will be presented by Tennessee Valley Mediation Association (TVMA) on June 18, 2019 at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The course is pending approval for 1.0 hour of CME.

The class “Capacity Issue” will be presented by Lalia Wilson. Come and learn more about mediating when capacity challenges arise.

About the presentation:
The program is designed to assist mediators when one of the parties has suffered a catastrophic loss by creating a culture that gets beyond the tragedy and moves forward with a renewed purpose designed to assist the grieving party in having a fulfilling mediation experience.

About: The Presenter

Lilia Wison is a listed civil and family Rule 31 mediator specially trained in domestic violence. Wilson has presented several times to TVMA. She has mediated in the Knoxville area since 2010.



Tennessee Valley Mediation Association (TVMA)

Tennessee Valley Mediation Association is a 501(c) non-profit organization with the mission to provide Rule 31 mediation training and continuous education for existing and prospective professionals wanting to perform mediation services. The TVMA offers Rule 31 training in civil and family law.

Anyone needing continuous education for general, legal, and ethics credits may attend on the third Tuesday of each month. The time is 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
